SIM issuance & validation

In or out of store, the MBME SIM issuance service operates direct from the kiosk by allowing registration of customer details and activation of the SIM card without the need for teller interaction:

  • Select network
  • Complete KYC details (as determined by network to include signature, passport scan etc.)
  • Accept terms and conditions 
  • Choose payment method
  • Receive receipt with SIM pack or complete SIM validation


 

Bill payment


Pay monthly customers can use the MBME bill payment service to pay their monthly mobile, TV, internet and landline telephones bills to a registered account with real-time account balance information:

  • Insert account number and display balance
  • Choose payment method
  • Insert notes to the value of the required payment (below or above the balance with overpayments carried over to next month) or enter card pay amount.  
  • Complete transaction and receive receipt with payment summary
